Learn how to access peaceful easy movement
Mentastics (or Mental gymnastics) are a very important part of the Trager Approach. Some Trager Practitioners refer to Mentastics as Self Care Movements. The main function is to provide an individual with the mechanism to enhance self awareness and facilitate self help. The simple, flowing, light and gentle movements can be done standing, sitting or lying down, which makes this approach suitable for everyone no matter whether contending with a serious condition or in excellent health.

In 1987 I came into contact with “Trager” and since then I have continued to explore the “Path” that Milton Trager showed us.
I started teaching classes in the Trager Approach in 2001 and am still finding new depths in what the basic principles of Trager can bring to myself and others who wish to enjoy a more satisfying life.
My experience comes from many years with lots of practice, working with my clients and sharing my curiosity, passion and gratitude with Trager students.
I share a “Simple Trager” that I received from Dr Trager in conjunction with the work of many other teachers
