Trager level 1 Training

LEVEL I TRAINING 08th-14th August 2010

Starts 2.00pm Sunday 08/08/2010, half day Wednesday Finishes 5.00pm Saturday 14/08/2010. 

This stand alone and unique course is a way of learning to give and receive gentle attention to body and soul, by learning the Trager principles that include effortlessness, lightness and ease.  It may also be used as the first of the 3 Levels towards becoming a Trager Practitioner.

Pre-requisites

To be eligible to attend this course the applicant will need to :

a) Receive at least two sessions from a licensed Trager Practitioner,            OR

b) Receive one session and attend an Introductory Workshop or Mentastics® class.

Please note spaces on this course are limited and it is essential to send a £100deposit with your booking form to secure a guaranteed place.

Instructor - Dante Marchini

54 years ago in Northern Italy I first saw the sun and from an early age I have looked for the meaning of life.  I was a teacher of physical education and sport for over 10 years while I practiced Yoga and other paths to find a real knowledge of what we are.

In 1987 I came into contact with “Trager” and since then I have continued to explore the “Path” that Milton Trager invited us to walk upon.

I started teaching classes in the Trager Approach in 2001 and am still finding new depths in what the basic principles of Trager can bring to myself and others who wish to enjoy a more satisfying life.

My experience comes from many years with lots of practice, working with my clients and sharing my curiosity, passion and gratitude with Trager students.

I share a “Simple Trager” that I received from Dr Trager in conjunction with the work of many other teachers

Harry writes: – Dante was my level 1 instructor in October 2004 and the experience was remarkable.  I am very pleased that Julie and I are able to bring Dante back to the UK to share his "Simple Trager" with us again.

Cost: £600  Book early as maximum number of participants is 12. 

Location: Bramley Village Hall (GU5 0AX) set in the beautiful countryside of the Surrey Hills near Guildford and Godalming.  Easily accessible by air, road and rail.
